Thereby ensuring a complete long-term corrosion resistance with a galvanize coating of over 55 microns, inside as well as outside. As opposed to tubes, which are formed using pre-galvanized sheeting, with low galvanize coating thickness. The important feature to note is the galvanize free stipe that can be seen in the inner weld of these tubes that is prone to corrosion quickly. The telltale feature to note in a LANWA GI Pipe is the inner weld, which is completely C oated in galvanize.
